Terms of service

GENERAL
- I will draw original characters, fanart, real people, humans/humanoids, and animals.
- I will not draw NSFW, hateful content, mecha, or imitate any other art styles.REVISIONS
- Revisions may only be requested during the sketch phase.
- Maximum of 2 major revisions are included. Major revisions are change in pose, expression, outfit, hair, or lighting.
- Once the maximum revisions have been reached you must approve 1 of the created revisions.
- Once the sketch is approved, no major changes can be made.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Artwork will be delivered within 4 weeks from start date if communication is smooth and on time.
- If you require the commission by a certain date let me know, but the deadline has to be a minimum of 14 days away from when you submit the commission form.
- Delays caused by late replies to my messages are not my responsibility.USE
- The commission is for personal use only. You are not allowed to use the commission in any commercial way (e.g. any way that earns you profit), such as selling prints on posters or other merchandise, using the artwork for album or book covers, game assets, or any other means of using the commissioned work for profit.
- You may print it for yourself, but you are not allowed to re-sell the artwork.
- I the artist, agree to not reproduce or re-sell already commissioned artwork.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- I reserve the right to use commissioned images in my portfolio.
- You are not permitted to use any part of the commissioned artwork for any sort of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) purpose.
- You are not permitted to include any part of the commissioned artwork in databases for training AI-generated images.PAYMENT and REFUNDS
- Full payment is required before I start working.
- Refunds will only be given if I am unable to finish your commission due to personal reasons, or if I have not started your commission yet. Otherwise, no refunds are available once the drawing starts.COMMUNICATION
1. CONCEPT CONFIRMATION:
- I will contact you once I accept and review your commission form to discuss and confirm the details.
- When the details are confirmed and payment has been received I will begin working on the sketch2. SKETCH STAGE:
- I will send the sketch with rough lighting. This stage will have a focus on large shapes to convey main forms, so small details will not be added yet.
- Character will be drawn based on the provided reference images. If I miss any details or draw it incorrectly, please let me know at this stage.
- During the sketch stage. you can request major revisions stated in REVISIONS section.
- Please be specific with what changes you want, and avoid vague terms like "something feels off." Provide additional reference images if needed. You can also mark specific areas with red lines on the sketch to help clarify.
- Try to provide all revision requests at once, as that will count as 1st free revision.
- Revisions requested after I send the updated sketch will count as the 2nd free revision.
- Once the sketch is approved, no significant changes can be made.3, SKETCH CONFIRMATION:
- Once the sketch is confirmed I will continue working on your commission and update you as I make progress.
- Please feel free to contact me at any point to ask about the progress!4. ARTWORK COMPLETION
- When the artwork is finished, I will notify you, and send a high quality digital file of your commission through the email provided on the form. I will confirm the email before sending.
