Terms of service
General Guidelines
- I will draw Original Characters, fanart, real people, humans/humanoids, and animals
- I will not draw NSFW, anything hateful, mecha, or imitate any other art styles
- If you require the commission by a certain date let me know, but the deadline has to be a minimum of 7 days away
- Revisions may only be requested during the sketch and lineart phase. Once the lineart is approved, no significant changes can be donePayment Method
- All payment will be done through PayPal
- 50% will be paid after sketch, the remaining 50% will be paid upon completion of the commissionRefunds
-Refunds will only be given if I am unable to finish your commission due to personal reasonsArt Usage
- I reserve the right to use commissioned images in my portfolio
- The commission is for personal use only. You are not allowed to use the commission in any commercial way (e.g. any way that earns you profit), such as selling prints on posters or other merchandise, using the artwork for album or book covers, game assets, or any other means of using the commissioned work for profit. You may print it for yourself, but you are not allowed to re-sell the artwork. I the artist, also agree to not reproduce or re-sell already commissioned artwork.
- You are not permitted to use any part of the commissioned artwork for any sort of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) purpose
- You are not permitted to include any part of the commissioned artwork in databases for training AI-generated images
